Sarah has appeared online, on TV and radio, and various podcasts talking about a number of topics including Perinatal Mental Health, the parent-infant bond and relationships surrounding birth. 

Sarah has been quoted on the BBC ‘Tiny Happy People’ website, the Metro, Family Life Magazine, The Edinburgh Evening News, and the Dundee Evening Telegraph. Sarah also writes regularly for the online magazine of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

In this video Sarah is talking with Hayley Matthews on the STV Fountainbridge show talking about National Unplug Day 2015. 

In May 2015, Sarah was also interviewed on the STV Edinburgh Fountainbridge Show about preparing for a second child and supporting new parents.

In January 2015, Sarah worked with the Scottish Government on their playtalkread campaign, discussing the benefits of laughing with children.
